Euro Car Parts

Euro Car parts were relocating to facility in Tamworth of 1 million square feet and needed seating for their offices, stores, staff rooms and canteen.  Rhubarb was asked to propose appropriate solutions and also to source all the other elements of the office furniture required.

The Challenge

To provide seating that was robust enough to stand the tests of time and heavy use in the UK’s largest automotive parts business and find an appropriate partner who would be able to work with us to high quality standards, tight delivery schedules and a rigorous site inspection and compliance regime.

Project Scope

Rhubarb worked closely with Euro Car Parts’ procurement and project teams first to select the seating that would meet their requirements for durability and strength.  Prima was the obviously choice for their training rooms and the Century task chair was selected for all the offices.

We worked with Wagstaff on the project, who took responsibility for sourcing all the office furniture, including desks, pedestals, filing cabinets and cupboards.

How we Delivered

The project was delivered and installed over a period of several months.  We co-ordinated successfully with Euro Car Parts project team and with Wagstaff in order to ensure that every scheduled phase of the install was delivered on time and to their complete satisfaction, dealing with the inevitable project delays and re-scheduling as they arose.
