Bespoke seating
Many of our most loyal customers came to Rhubarb initially either because they had a problem or because they simply needed a manufacturer who had the flexibility to meet their needs.
This is how some of the most popular products in our current range were born; and we are creating new ones all the time – to your specifications, when you need them.
Featured Products
BESPOKE POD
Working with The Business Supplies Group (TBSG), we created bespoke meeting booths for their client:
“Our client required meeting pods that matched the dimensions and style of booths already in situ. We approached Rhubarb Seating because the additional pods needed to be of superior quality. Rhubarb created a bespoke design from the specification we supplied and were extremely helpful in advising on fabrics suitable to achieve both the aesthetics to complement the existing colour scheme, and ensuring durability to meet the demands of a busy office environment. Once again Rhubarb has been a pleasure to deal with, turning our brief into a visual concept and delivering high quality meeting pods that our client is delighted with.”

DELAUNAY
Originating from a client's simple sketch, the art deco inspired Delaunay is a sleek and sophisticated sofa designed originally to mirror the curve of a client's circular rug.
Hoxton
This sofa was developed for a major global IT company who were moving to new offices in London.
Blockley
A customer had seen a product in America and wanted something similar for a school.
Kendra
One of the main high street banks had asked our customer for a sofa that had a wood surround. We created Kendra using Agua’s Occular wood-effect vinyl rather than wood.
Kurve
We were sent a photograph of a table and asked to create seating that would fit round it. Kurve was the result.
Raymon
A tender had reached sample presentation stage and a customer had been let down by their supplier. We had a call on the Wednesday with a description of what was needed – the Raymon was a reality by Friday lunchtime.
